Hapkido
Hapkido serves physical training, promotes health and builds self-confidence. It combines a range of self-defense and combat systems. Techniques range from simple breathing exercises through grip releases, kicks, joint locks, strikes, throws, breakfall techniques and pressure-point techniques to weapon defense. Through the use of simple circular movements, Hapkido requires little of your own strength to apply techniques effectively.
Hapkido promotes physical and mental development in every respect. Thanks to the variety and balance of its techniques, training is always varied and engaging.
